Fall 2009 SCSCL League games may start August 22, 2009.
Club packets must be Postmarked by July 24, 2009.
You must complete your application with the 3 BYE dates (complete weekends) that you can not play. You can only blockout 3 weekend dates and are must be available to play on all other dates. If you are scheduled to play and you can not play, the game will be considered a forfeit. CHECK WITH YOUR PARENTS AND PLAYERS ABOUT SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, FIELD TRIPS, TOURNAMENTS, SCHOOL TRIPS, PSAT, SAT, CHURCH CELEBRATIONS and: PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

Fall 2009 season
1) Coach and Team Manager must have an email address.
2) The web page is the Master Schedule and will contain standings, referee fees, field directions and league information. SCSCL League Rules are also posted on the SCYSA.org Website. Your team will be posted on the webpage when you are accepted to play in the league. You will receive an email notification and password, at this time you may start using your team webpage.
3) Club Presidents or their designee must approve each application. They are also responsible for compiling and mailing in one packet the club bond, copies of team applications, team performance bond (separate check for each team) and team registration fee (you may combine registration fees for all teams in the club) for their club. If you pay by Credit Card please include copy of your confirmation number.

All Clubs, one check for Team registration fee of $550.00 (you may combine registration fee for all teams in club), one check each for $500.00 Team Performance bond (separate check for each team) and one check for Club Bond (see rules) must be submitted with your Clubs’ Application Packet.

1. A bond fee ($500) and a registration fee of ($550.00) are required to be mailed along with a copy of the Application to Play (2 SEPARATE CHECKS). Only the registration fee may be paid by Credit Card.
2. I understand that if this team withdraws after the registration deadline date (July 15, 2009), the team will forfeit their registration fee, team performance bond and a $300 withdrawal fee which will be paid within 10 days or the club performance bond will be cashed.
3. Upon receipt of final schedule, I agree this team will play the assigned games and accept responsibility of fees required to play such games. If a game is forfeited, I will be responsible for the forfeit of the team performance bond fee PLUS the entire referee fees for that match.
4. I understand this team is obligated to play on the dates, times and locations assigned.
5. I understand this is a rain or shine league, and game time is scheduled play time.
6. I understand this team and players are playing in the SCSCL and must be registered and officially rostered with SCYSA and must be in good standing.
7. I understand that this team will abide by USYS, SCYS and the SCSCL rules.
8. I understand by submitting this application this team will continue play through to the National Championship or until eliminated from this competition.
9. I have obtained approval to submit this application from my Club President or their designee.
10.I understand that if this team does not qualify for the SCSCL Challenge Cup it will not be eleigible for the Publix Presidents Medal cup.
